Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
How to Return?
Please print the invoice emailed with your order in your return with a note stating the reason for return.
If you require a different size/colour please re order, this will get the new product to you faster.
We suggest you send returns back to us using a tracked service, Elevate Clothing are not responsible for goods until we have received them at our warehouse.
How long does it take to refund my return?
Refunds will be issued within 72 working hours if items are returned in their original unworn condition with labels attached.
Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and we cannot advise on the status of a refund
Refunds will be issues back to your original payment method
Refunds can take 3-5 days to show back in your account
Defective product received?
On the rare occasion you receive a defective product please contact our customer service team on the instant chat on the website and we will replace the product or issue you with a refund.
What I cannot send back for a refund?
Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Sale items and undergarments are exempt from our returns policy & will not be refunded.
If you send part or used goods back to us we will not issue a refund and will charge a postage fee to send them back to you.
Refused delivery / Incorrect delivery address?
If your order is returned back to us because delivery has been refused or you have supplied an incorrect shipping address the item(s) will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.
International orders
International orders are exempt from postage refunds.

We do not offer a collection service.
